Spectrum Outfitters LLC strives to provide you with the best possible service and products available. To continue to provide these services and products to you at a reasonable rate, we must adopt the following term and conditions.
All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated herein. Any returns or refunds will be considered on case by case bases with the exception of defective products, missing items, missing product(s) and incorrect product(s) in package(s). Any product damaged in the shipping process shall be reported to the carrier immediately upon receiving it. Delays in reporting may affect your claim with the carrier. If you experience problems with the carrier please contact us so we can assist you. If the product arrives defective from the manufacturer contact us no later than five calendar days so we can notify the manufacturer and get it replaced for you. However you may contact the manufacturer directly for a replacement if you wish. If an item is missing, or the wrong product was shipped to you please contact us no later than five calendar days so we can resolve the issue. Do not ship the product back to us without contacting us first! In some circumstances we may send you the missing item (e.g. screw, charger, bracket etc) without you having to send the item back. If the product does not arrive by the estimated delivery date contact us so we may investigate. In some cases we may have you report it to your local law enforcement and request a copy of the report.
If you are unhappy with your purchase you may contact us about an exchange or store credit within 30 calendar days of receiving it. Returns must be in the original unopened container. Any returns received in an open or missing container will be declined and returned to you.
Products may be shipped directly from the distributor (drop ship) or multiple locations and may arrive at your location at different times. In those cases you will not be charged extra for shipping unless it’s a special order product or oversized. Special order products will be labeled on www.spectrumoutfitters.com. You will be notified by e-mail and offered the opportunity to cancel the order if it was not properly labeled at the time of your order.
Carriers may charge for shipping based on the “dimensional weight” or “volumetric weight “of the product(s) you purchased. As a result the shipping weight may be greater than the actual weight of your order and may cost more to ship. In order to keep prices low some items may be shipped at the lower rate and may take much longer to arrive at your location. If you desire expedited shipping on these items please contact us before placing the order and we’ll contact you with an estimate for shipping.
Spectrum Outfitters LLC sells on line and in person. As a result the availability of some products may change unexpectedly. When this happens we will attempt to notify you by e-mail as soon as possible of out of stock product(s) you ordered.
Orders will be processed within 24 hours or the following business day and will be shipped as soon as possible. The method of delivery (e.g USPS, FedEX, UPS) may vary depending on the product, it’s size, quantity, availability and location.
Spectrum Outfitters LLC will be happy to answer questions by e-mail about any product(s) purchased from us or would like to purchase. Any answers or support we give is based on our experience, knowledge and understanding of the subject matter at the time. Technology is rapidly changing, therefore we make no guarantee on the accuracy of the information we give is true, correct and or up to date. Use or follow it at your own risk! We may direct you to a third party website (e.g. manufacturer, forum etc) but make no guarantee about the accuracy of the information on any third party’s website. If you decide to use these web sites you do so at your own risk. We may decide to answer your question over the phone. However phone support is not guaranteed at this time.
Currently we do not ship, service or support any product(s) outside the United States of America (US). An exception may be made for military members stationed outside the continental US. Customers residing outside the continental US may be required to pay additional shipping costs.
We will honor prices listed on dated, printed media for at least 30 calendar days from the printed date unless the items has been discontinued or unavailable from any of our suppliers or manufactures. Prices listed on www.spectrumoutfitters.com reflect the current prices for our products. However we will honor documented price quotes for 30 calendar days unless an expiration date was given and has passed.
Manufacturers may update or change products, features, colors, specifications, the packaging or it’s contents without advance warning. As a result the products listed on www.spectrumoutfitters.com may differ from what you actually receive. Spectrum Outfitters LLC shall not be responsible for any such changes by the manufacture. The information and graphics on www.spectrumoutfitters.com are supplied by their respective manufacturers, suppliers and or whole sellers and are used with permission. Spectrum Outfitters LLC uses such information and graphics on it’s web site but makes no guarantee that it’s true, correct or accurate.
Spectrum Outfitters LLC shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, losses, actual or incidental damages sustained as a result of your use of or reliance on any information or product(s) you use or purchased from Spectrum Outfitters LLC. We reserve the right to alter or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of www.spectrumoutfitters.com is conditional upon your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Furthermore you agree to hold Spectrum Outfitters LLC and it’s staff harmless for any and all direct or indirect damages, injuries or losses you may experience.
